| Properties: | The wine is of a strikingly dark ruby colour. It captivates with a rich spectrum of floral-spicy and sweet aromas with a hint of cinnamon. These characteristics of the wine were primarily achieved through two years of aging in oak barrels. The taste is full, with pleasantly structured and balanced tannins. |
| Serving: | We recommend serving it at a temperature of 18°C and paired it with a beef steak or traditional dishes served at goose feasts. |
